JibJab: It's What We Call The News

I know I can't be the only JibJab fan out here in AR Land

After taking a moment to look at the Technorati search results, I see I am NOT alone. (I knew that already... the JibJab story is the quintessential Internet success story.) This current release from the masters of satire is sure to be a classic, like This Land, Do I Creep You Out, and Good To Be In DC (my personal favorite). I picked up on this one tonight from Robert Scoble on My Twitter Stream. Believe it or not, I've actually found some very interesting stuff from the Twitter messages alone in the past few days.

See if you can pick out the three "geeks" in this one. Hint: They're the ones who can identify where Kabul is on a map.

Jeff - I have to admit that I had never heard of JIBJAB but I laughed so hard with that video.  Thanks for sharing, it was a great laugh before going to bed!

That was fantastic Jeff....more ways than one.  I agree Randal, a sad commentary.  And Jeff, I've never heard of JIBJAB myself, but again, fantastic in its satire and visually ingenious!

JT, BIll O'Reily deserves to be in that video lol.  Of course I watched the DC one too. I have to admit I like Anderson Cooper though, he's done some in depth work, like focusing on Katrina. Anyway, very cool and no I had not heard of Jib Jab either LOL

Jeff- I love jib jab and have been a fan for a long time.. they have done some extremely clever bits over the years...especially as the elections loom..What we call the news is just way too good and sadly way too true..

I WISH I had too much time on my hands! The JibJab story is an incredible one. They are another company that exploded as a result of viral marketing on the internet. They had been making short films, but until one of them went viral on the internet, they were languishing in obscurity.

Jees, I played the video, attracted the kids with the song, and of course found out that my 12 year old and 16 year old already have favorites on Jib Jab!  Help me, where do you all get the time to find this stuff..blog..work..eat...clean...are you all Bionic!!!!!!!?:)  Apparently the Santa and elves have a particularly flatulent sequence that is a classic with their group!
